Tai Chi for Health programs help increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Tai Chi also helps to improve heart and lung function, reduce stress, and alleviate pain.
Classes are Fridays, November 30 – January 18.
Intermediate Tai Chi is 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Beginning Tai Chi is 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
