We are hosting two new Tai Chi classes on Fridays this fall, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Diabetes. The ancient Chinese practice of tai chi is clinically proven to be an effective exercise form that improves health and well-being.

Tai chi’s slow, gentle, controlled movements have been found to increase flexibility, concentration, endurance, and muscle strength as well as improve balance and reduce falls.

Visit our calendar page for more information. While classes are free, a donation is suggested. To register or for more information contact Nina Zeldin at 207-667-7171 or [email protected] or visit https://healthyacadia.org.

Accepted Insurance

In addition to MaineCare and Medicare, we accept insurance from most popular insurance companies.
