Trying to manage a chronic disease on your own can be overwhelming and discouraging. This workshop will give you the support and encouragement you need to manage your pain and fatigue, work on leading a healthy lifestyle and understand new treatment options!
Taking Action for Health meets for 2.5 hours each week for 6 weeks. Every participant will receive the workshop companion book Living A Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions and audio CD, Relaxation for Mind and Body.
Light refreshments will be provided!
